 We
have a limited number of gluten free breads as we want to ensure a
quality product that closely resembles the taste and texture of "wheat
based" breads. Using a variety of "real" foods we try to mimic the
gluten characteristics of wheat breads so that our breads
have the taste and "chew" of the breads you are familiar
with. Our new formula breads will stay fresh on the counter for 3-4 days
much like homemade "wheat based" breads. You may also freeze the bread
and thaw to serve. No heating required! The bread is soft and flexible
excellent for sandwiches! Call or email to place your order.
Pick up for fresh products will be Saturdays. We can freeze your order
if you wish to pick up on another day. |
